GLS Language Cafe - Chukyo Open Campus 2024
Chukyo University Open Campus is a one in a year opportunity to visit our campus and connect with current GLS students and faculty. Join us on July 13 (Sat), 2024 to discover what the Division of Global Liberal Studies (GLS) and Chukyo University have to offer.
The Division of GLS is an English track program that helps students acquire the broad skills and knowledge of the social sciences and humanities needed to become independent thinkers, lifelong learners, and responsible global citizens in a rapidly changing world. The program is available to international students from every nationality and walk of life and to Japanese students who want to challenge themselves in the diverse environment that is GLS.
Language Café
Our international students come from different countries, near and far, and they bring their own culture and language. Visit our Language Café open from 10:00-16:00 in the Porta Linguarum on the 2nd floor of the Annex Building to experience a glimpse of our multicultural campus. You’ll have the chance to learn simple greetings in other languages, discover our students’ culture, and talk with them in English. Our students will be enthusiastic to share their Chukyo experience with you and fellow prospective students.

Venue: Nagoya Campus Annex Building, the Porta Linguarum (2nd floor)

Directions: Chukyo University's Annex Building is approximately 16 minutes from Nagoya Station by subway. If you are arriving by subway use Exit 6 from within Yagoto Station (八事駅) where student staff will guide you.
